т.е.

как победить?
нужно для корректной работы модреврайтинга в http://wackowiki.com/WackoWiki
причем не работает как выяснил сейчас только из FireFox-а из IE60 все ок
где прикрутить, что-то тут в кодировке видимо ... ?
